FIRST GROUP SIGN UP FOR DATASYS RETAIL SYSTEMS

bean-office.jpgFirst Group has signed up with DATASYS to implement DATASYS OFFICE, DATASYS ACCOUNTS and DATASYS CASH REC to all their Passenger Train Operating Companies.

The new applications will provide head office and front line staff with automatic identification of anomalies or errors with regard end of shift accounting and cash reconciliation with the cash collection agencies, allowing anomalies to be quickly investigated. DATASYS OFFICE will play a more strategic role as it provides multi level analysis of Ticket Issuing Systems, Audit, Performance and Financial Reports. These reports will aid the management of personnel, the protection of revenues and the optimisation of performance and profitability.

The roll out of the new applications to the First Group TOC's will begin later this year.
